Suzan M. Weis

Suzan Weis is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Certified in Adult Internal Medicine. Suzan earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree, Magna cum Laude, from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida then graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with a Masters of Science and Nurse Practitioner degree. Suzan brings incredible experience to the team at Kanan Medical, having invested 23 years in Emergency Medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL and Orlando Regional Medical Center as an RN, she was also a certified instructor in ACLS, TNCC and PALS. Suzan has extensive experience in Trauma Care, she served as the Trauma Coordinator of ORMC’s Trauma Team which involved following the trauma patient from the ER through to Rehab, maintaining statistics and trauma regulations as set forth by the State of Florida and reporting to them. Suzan continued developing her skills in Clinical Research where she worked as a Research Coordinator in multiple clinical trials. Suzan has been an integral part of Kanan Medical since its conception. Suzan is trusted provider and is highly sought after for Adult Internal Medicine.
