Annual Testing

The Annual Check‐Up is the best panel for evaluating your health overall. The panel consists of eight tests that are normally ordered via a health practitioner in the course of an annual bodily examination.

This is a great panel to set up your “baseline.” Your baseline consists of all the numeric test results (levels) consisting of your blood counts, kidney function, liver feature, electrolytes, total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and thyroid function values. By understanding these counts, you can tart to manage your overall health to gauge if they change over time.
