SCC is a fairly slow-growing skin cancer. Unlike other types of skin cancer, it can spread to the tissues, bones, and nearby lymph nodes, where it may become hard to treat. When caught early, it’s easy to treat.

Went up there for a rapid test and they said they would get back to me in a couple hours so I waited but then I began to worry so I called and the place was closed I never got my results. When I did call all they did was tell me they could page the doctor and they would call me back with my results I’m still waiting don’t advertise rapid test if they aren’t actually rapid test because this is ridiculous. I’ve heard nothing not a phone call not an email nothing so what was the point of today? Finally got back to me after after 6 hours but I got a genuinely kind person on the phone who just explained that he’d been given a list of call backs and was trying to get through them. Also another nice young lady helped both understood why I was stressed. I’ve changed my rating based on those two people alone.

Edit: they no longer have the answering service so we are back to 5 star review. Doctors great, nurse great. Answering service is disgusting. They claim to have no way to transfer your phone call to the direct office. I've called three time. Three times they said my doctor's office will call within 24 hrs and nothing. Myself as well as multiple other I know will be switch doctors thanks to this new answering service and their inconsiderate attitudes.

Update: I ended up allowing this practice to make it right! I was able to see Julia in a timely manner and her care is top -tier! I would highly recommend! After my PCP retired, I set out on a quest for a new one. I am a first time patient of this practice and let's just say, I won't be back. I arrived for a 2:00 appointment at about 1:40 to get all of the necessary paperwork knocked out and to be prepared when I was called back for service. Once paper work was completed at about 1:55, I waited in the waiting area until I was called back by the Nurse at 2:17. After the nurse and I had our dialog.... There was NOTHING. No provider, no nurse. No one and nothing. Once 3:07 rolled around, I STILL had no service so I decided to leave. When I left I walked past the check-out desk letting them know I would be leaving and how displeased I was. I advised the young lady not to reschedule me as I would be looking for a new PCP. Her response was, "Ok, thanks! Have a great day!" Mortified isn't even the word to describe my experience with this practice. If this practice is indicative of Primary Care Doctors, I am in a world of trouble in my search and I may just do without. The doctors and staff at this practice MUST do better!
